Canceling an Order:

Cancellation:

Kindly note that once an order is placed and the invoice is generated, cancellation is subject to approval, and our team will communicate the next steps via your registered contact details.

Cancellation Conditions:

If invoicing has occurred but the order hasn't shipped, you may still cancel it. However, approval for cancellation is at the discretion of our team.

Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted. In exceptional cases, subject to approval, a deduction from the total order amount may apply. Installed products fall under warranty and cannot be canceled.

Exceptions:

Damaged products before shipping will be addressed by our customer care team for potential replacements or wait times.

Notification:

You will receive a text confirming the cancellation of your order, including details of any applicable refunds on your Royaloak app or website.
