It gives me immense pleasure to share the internal advancements of the last month with the First ever edition of our Newsletter- Rising Royaloak. This newsletter will serve as a means for all of us at Royaloak to connect with each other and keep abreast of the latest endeavours of the company all at once.

Royaloak has experienced unprecedented growth as the year progressed despite the persistent bearish sentiment for the nation’s economy. Closer home, the plummeting competition certainly played a major role at micro and macro-economic levels to stem the runaway fiscal growth witnessed in many of our key markets for the past few years. The regional construction industry remained stagnant, slowing down any major projects which in turn caused a drop in the overall revenue and sales in the furniture business. On the other hand, our expansion helped us retain our Number 1 spot in India and helped us row our boat so far

Our strategy in 2023 will be extremely risk-averse and highly selective in the FMS, RMS, and EMS front. While pursuing our goals with high margin potential and a sustainable expansion plan, we look forward to opening 5 more stores in the month of December.

We will also dedicate material, knowledge, and human resources required to suitably enforce our business. We remain optimistic about the prospects of securing substantial projects and the way ahead for Royaloak.

News of the month

Berlynoak:- Berlynoak has now been rebranded to ‘Berlynoak by Royaloak’. The journey for Berlynoak has been a captivating one. The brand started with a bang in 2016 and now has over 40 stores all over the country. The brand boasts the widest range of products in its category and the range here is simply splendid. The brand also recently signed a property in Secunderabad reinforcing its prominent status further.

FRANCHISE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (FMS):- was in expansion spree mode this month formulating plans for the launch of 5 stores that will happen in the month of December. FMS also pioneered a unique & successful concept of ‘Royal Weddings by Royaloak’- which featured 15 items at Rs. 1, 50,000. FMS has also ventured into a new market in Gujarat through our new flagship store at Ahmedabad store. A location-based targeting through digital marketing and local influencers has also been pursued.

RETAIL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (RMS):- We are pleased to announce that RMS signed 5 properties this month. They have also on-boarded Outmarch- an agency to increase retail efficiency and shorten the operation period. Complementing our company’s vision of providing substantial job opportunities for employees, 3 new leaders were created and more job opportunities were provided for our employees

ECOMMERCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EMS):- Our team at EMS has streamlined the shopping process and made major noteworthy changes to enhance the online shopping experience. The website looks lively & is easy to understand. The shopping experience is flawless and immaculate. Customers can now avail EMI option from Bajaj finance, making it easier for them to envision the home of their dreams with Royaloak.
