Royaloakindia.com is not responsible for the supply of goods or refunds for orders placed from locations or countries other than India. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws if and to the extent they are applicable.

4. Online Payment: All payments for orders must be made through the RoyaloakIndia.com website. Payments should only be done through credit card, debit cards, NEFT, UPI, EMI of leading banks, wallets and Net Banking.

Cancellation and Refund of Order: Royaloak India reserves the right to cancel any order without providing an explanation under various circumstances, including situations where we are unable to fulfill the order, the order does not comply with Royaloak's retail policy or for any other reason. 6. Taking Delivery of Your Order: You are advised to inspect the packaging of your order but not to open the package. Please do not accept tampered packaging. 7. Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy: Certain circumstances may lead to extended shipment and/or delivery times, including products temporarily out of stock, products that are not normally stocked and must be specially ordered and items in transit through states requiring special entry permits or other taxes. Customers will be informed regarding any specific situations affecting their orders. 

8. Delays in Shipping: If there is an unexpected delay in the shipment of your order, you will be notified by the ROYALOAK team via email. We will provide information on expected delivery times based on the type of shipping selected. 
   -Standard Shipping: Expect delivery within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment in Bengaluru city. 
   -Ground Shipping: Heavy items are shipped by ground service and delivery is expected within 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. 
   -Products with 'International' Label: These products are imported from outside India and are delivered in 10-15 business days. 

9. If Your Order Does Not Arrive on Time: If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery timeframe, please contact us. Tracking information is provided for most orders. If your order is lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address or accepted by someone other than you, please contact us for resolution.
