Overview

Our Royaloak Bloomz Mattress is one of our Orthopaedic ranges of Mattresses. It has 6?? thickness with spring construction and PU foam topping, wrapped into the Luxury soft fabric for the better Comfort feel.

  • Cover the mattress, upholstery once stained is difficult to clean. So, please avoid any spills.
  • Rotate your mattress, rotating your mattress lengthwise ensures a longer life for the mattress.
  • Reverse dual-sided mattresses, doing this once every few months increases the life of the mattress.
  • Don't fold your mattress, doing so negatively impacts construction and life of the mattress.
  • Don't smoke in bed, while some of our mattresses are fire retardant, we don’t recommend smoking on the bed.
  • Don't use any harsh liquids, we do not recommend use of harsh chemicals or liquids to clean your mattress.
  • Don't iron on the mattress, the ticking and the foam inside will get damaged.
  • Don't remove the tag, the warranty will be void without the label.
Can the furinture be customized?
While our Design Consultants in select cities will work with you to customize Room Designs, we are unable to customize products.
Do you offer a warranty on your furniture product(s)?
All Royaloak furniture products are either made by the finest artisans using high quality raw materials or are manufactured by large brands in their state of art facilities. We offer Brand Warranty for most of our furniture products bought of Royaloak.

Damages:

  • For any manufacturing defects and damages in transit, we offer easy replacements.
  • In case, you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Email us a few photographs with the order number and item code to customercare@royaloakindia.com
  • We will assess the damage and revert within 48 hours. We will either arrange to collect the product and send you a replacement free of charge or just send you a replacement part.

Cancellations: No cancellations will be accepted once an order is placed.
