Exchange Offer – Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

Customers can exchange their existing furniture and receive a discount on the purchase of a new product.

2. Old Product Condition & Approval

  • The old product must be in reusable condition.
  • Products with excessive damage, structural issues, or pest infestation may be rejected.
  • Final approval of the exchange product will be given by the pickup team at the time of inspection.

3. Billing & Pickup Process

  • Exchange pickup will be scheduled 7 days after billing.
  • Pickup will be initiated only after invoice generation.
  • Customers must keep the old product ready at the time of pickup.

4. Delivery Timeline & Location Policy

  • An additional 7 days will be added to the standard delivery timeline for exchange orders.
  • Final delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location.

Location-wise Delivery Timelines

  • Bangalore: 7 + 3 = 10 days
  • Hyderabad: 7 + 5 = 12 days
  • Chennai: 7 + 5 = 12 days
  • Pune: 7 + 10 = 17 days

5. Discount Structure

6. Discount & Coupon Terms

  • The discount amount will be determined based on the valuation of the old product.
  • Coupon codes are valid for single use only.
  • Coupons must be applied at the time of checkout.
  • Coupon validity will be communicated at the time of issuance.
  • Post-purchase coupon application is accepted only within 24 hours of purchase.

7. Cancellation & Order Adjustments

Royaloak reserves the right to cancel the order if: - The product condition differs from the approved photos. - The customer refuses to hand over the old product. - The pickup location is inaccessible. - The customer violates any exchange program terms.


8. Key Guidelines

  • Exchange discount is applicable only once per order.
  • Product condition will be verified during pickup.
  • Exchange benefits may be cancelled if the product does not meet eligibility criteria.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for: - Accurate representation of the product condition. - Providing valid and reachable contact details. - Ensuring accessibility of the pickup location. - Maintaining the product condition until pickup.

10. Company Rights

A Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
  • The company’s decision will be final in all matters.
  • No correspondence will be entertained regarding rejected requests.

All customer information collected will be: - Used solely for exchange program administration. - Protected as per the company’s privacy policy. - Shared only with authorized partners. - Retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
